ไม่ต้องทำละลาย สามารถปรุงได้ทีนทีหลังจากนำออกจากช่องแช่แข็ง ปรุงจนอุณหภูมิสินค้าถึง 74°C
การทอดในกระทะ ใช้ไฟกลาง ใส่น้ำมันเล็กน้อย ทอดสินค้าเป็นเวลา 4 นาที (ด้านละ 2 นาที) ถ้าเป็นหม้อทอดไร้น้ำมัน ตั้งอุณหภูมิที่ 180°C นาน 5 นาที แล้วกลับด้านทอดอีกครั้งต่ออีก 3 นาที
