How to cook
Heat from frozen

  1. Place the tray in microwave without piercing or opening the film and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Take out the tray and gently shake a little. 
  3. Place the tray back in the microwave and heat for 2-3 minutes. 
  4. Peel off the film and your meal is ready.
