นำออกจากช่องแช่แข็งใส่ไว้ในตู้เย็นก่อนนำไปปรุง 8 ชั่วโมงหรือนำสินค้าที่ยังปิดผนึกอยู่แช่ในน้ำเย็นจนละลาย นำมาปรุงอาหารภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง และเก็บในตู้เย็นหากใช้ไม่หมด

การปรุง
- ใส่น้ำมันพืช
- ผัดเนื้อในกระทะจนสีเริ่มเป็นสีน้ำตาล (ประมาณ 2-3 นาที) หรือผัดไปเรื่อยๆจนอุณหภูมิใจกลางถึง 74°)
